In an investigation regarding child custody, PI performs verification and supervision of the activities of a parent, babysitter, educator that involve our client’s child. The investigation targets are obtaining information and documentation work done on the subject investigated accordingly to the needs and requests of our client or his lawyer.
We document the following activities of the subject investigated that could endanger the health or development of physical / mental child:
– Alcohol or drug use by the subject investigated (parent, babysitter, teacher, etc.);
– Driving a vehicle in which there is a minor child without specially designed seat;
– Driving a vehicle in which there is a child, after they consumed alcohol;
– Involving the child in an unhealthy or unsafe situation;
– Any violation of child visitation by a parent;
– Affiliation of the investigated subject to criminal groups or affiliation with groups or organizations which may prejudice safety, physical or mental health of the child;
– Physical or mental abuse against children;
– Quarrels, abuse physically / mentally between parents in the baby’s face;
– Verification and tracking people who evade the obligation to pay alimony or child care established by law;
– Checking and supervising persons in the entourage of minors;
– Evidence on child behavior and his entourage;
– Investigations on deviant behavior of minors (public behavior, drugs and alcohol, violence, addictions, joining gangs or religious sects, prostitution, possession and provenance of goods and unjustified money).
– At the end of the investigation we provide investigative reports on the outcome of activities performed and videos that can be used on evidence in civil proceedings.
